By using Trustnanny, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before creating an account or making a booking.

1. Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Nanny Verification

Nannies must complete our verification process before accepting bookings. This includes identity verification and background checks. Trustnanny reserves the right to reject or remove any profile that does not meet our standards.

3. Bookings & Payments

All bookings must be made through the platform. Families agree to pay the agreed-upon salary. Payments are processed through our secure payment system. Cancellations may be subject to fees depending on timing.

4. Code of Conduct

All users must treat each other with respect. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior will result in immediate account suspension. Nannies must perform their duties professionally and families must provide a safe working environment.

5. Liability

Trustnanny facilitates connections between families and nannies but is not responsible for the conduct of either party. We strongly recommend both parties sign a written agreement before the booking begins.

6. Termination

Trustnanny reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms or engages in fraudulent activity.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
