Families pay through the platform. Funds are held in escrow and released to the home professional only after the booking period is completed successfully.

You can cancel any pending booking from your dashboard. For confirmed bookings, please give at least 48 hours notice. Cancellation fees may apply depending on your plan.

Yes. We provide a standard employment agreement template that both parties can review and sign digitally before the booking begins.

Yes. Home professionals set their own salary range. Families can see this upfront and negotiate within the platform messaging system.

You'll need a government-issued ID (passport, national ID, or driver's license) and optionally any relevant certifications you hold.

Creating a profile and receiving bookings is free. We only charge a small service fee (10%) on completed bookings to cover platform costs.

Home professionals receive payments via mobile money (M-Pesa, MTN) or bank transfer within 3 business days after a booking is marked complete.

We verify identity documents, check criminal records where available, and validate references. Home professionals with clean records receive a "Background Checked" badge.

Yes. We use bank-level encryption and never share your personal details with third parties. Your contact info is only shared with families after you accept a booking.
